The season is coming
that was spoken of
in ancient times
the time is near
the path is clear
hearts not dear
Cain kills Abel
over and over
still nothing
is understood
of paths souls
dare to travel on
instead of
covering up
more skin
will be exposed
no wonder why
there is blood
in the water
that we drink
poison in air
that we breathe
parents will
kill that which
they birthed
kids will kill
their parents
as the world flips
on its back
nothing
makes sense more
instead of freedom
people will choose captivity
instead of fighting for peace
there will be looking for wars
in order to rule
they may kill
their own
and then
knowing
that some minds
are corrupted
they let them
have democracy
knowing most
are mind controlled
with tainted lungs
most will become crazy

switch on
that box
or access that hub
of information
in accessing
and exercising your right
to information
you are actually
losing it and most
of your freedoms
you whereabouts
are pinned down
on some pie chart
in the sky
whilst the country
is busy
sipping coffee
tea or who knows what
as it has to choose
